Dr Meeno Schrader

Founder and meteorologist

Dr Meeno Schrader founded WetterWelt in 1999 and shaped the company for more than 25 years. As a meteorologist, he became well known to audiences through his work on television and radio. In 2025, he handed over the management of the company to Philipp Müggenburg.

Philipp Müggenburg

Managing Director

Philipp Müggenburg is Managing Director of WetterWelt. He spent many years working for German broadcaster NDR, where he first met Meeno Schrader. Since 2025, he has been responsible for developing the company further, combining commercial experience with a clear focus on clients, the team and new products.

Sebastian Wache

TV meteorologist

Sebastian Wache is a meteorologist and presents the weather for German broadcaster NDR. As an experienced sailor, he understands the demands at sea first-hand and supports clients on ocean passages with precise forecasts and professional weather routing.
