Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your declaration of intent to conclude the contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days and begins with the booking (the day the contract is concluded).

The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal in time. Please send us an unequivocal declaration, for example by e-mail or by postal letter:

However, the right of withdrawal expires once the consumer makes use of the service.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments already received within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund under any circumstances.
