GRIB Racing provides regatta weather data at a higher spatial and temporal resolution than the Cruising datasets. The area is prepared for the selected regatta or your custom racing area.
Depending on area size, spatial resolution reaches down to 2 km, time steps down to 1 hour and forecast range up to 60 hours. Parameters include average wind direction and speed, gusts, pressure, temperature and weather conditions. The data are updated at least twice daily.
Choose one of 14 prepared regatta areas or a custom area for 3, 5 or 10 consecutive days. Preparation normally takes 2 to 3 working days. Further periods and regatta areas are available on request.

Resolution down to 2 km
Up to 2 km spatial resolution, depending on the area. You see the pressure maximum where it actually sits, not smeared across your whole course.

Hourly grid
One hour time resolution in the race phase. You spot shift windows and pressure changes where they happen, not just as a daily picture.

60 hours of forecast range
Enough for race day plus the run-up. Brief on the eve, fresh data in the morning, re-check before the start.

14 regattas pre-cut
Kiel Week, Travemünde Week, Princesa Sofia, Midsummersail, Fastnet, Middle Sea Race and eight more. Area and period are prepared.

Custom, worldwide
Other waters, other dates: 3, 5 or 10 days as a custom package. You agree the area with us after booking.

Compatible software
Use the data with SEAMAN PRO and compatible navigation software such as Expedition, Adrena or MaxSea TimeZero, as well as supported B&G and EMS plotters.

The price applies to one regatta area. Test data and additional CRUISING at 0.25°, CRUISING professional at 0.1° and current data for the same area are available on request.
